Memorial plaque with an inscription Gotlibu Moric is set in a place where the 20th May 1911th The first cinema was built in Banja Luka, in the street Sime Šolaje, and is one of a series of cultural activities of the Rotary Club of Banja Luka. The unveiling of commemorative plaques dedicated Gotlibu Moric, a man who was in Banja Luka, built first cinema, marked the centennial of cinema in the town of Vrbas.
The ceremony was attended by the grandson and great-grandson Gotlibu Moric, Dan and Uri Blau, Banja Luka Mayor Dragoljub Davidovic, Chairman of the Rotary Club of Banja Luka, Dr. Goran V. Jankovic, the initiator of setting up panels, as well as many other eminent personalities of cultural and social life of Banja Luka.
- This is proof that our great city and cultural center to be proud of this significant jubilee year, thanks Gotlibu Moric. This is another bricks in the mosaic that is called history and culture of Banja Luka - the mayor Davidovic said.
